Chignik Lagoon Native Corporation (CLNC) is pleased to welcome Thaddeus Dubois as General Manager of its subsidiaries, Mallard Duck Bay Enterprises, LLC (MDBE) and Mallard Duck Bay Constructors, LLC (MDBC).
Thadd brings 29 years of federal contracting, logistics management, and operations leadership spanning government, private sector, and defense acquisition environments across DoD, DHS, and Dept of Veterans Affairs. He most recently served as Business Development Manager for an Alaska Native Corporation, leading capture strategy, proposal development, and SBA 8(a) program compliance, and previously spent seven years as Chief Logistics Officer for the Alaska VA Healthcare System, where he oversaw contract administration, procurement, and logistics operations statewide. He is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (Cum Laude) from Liberty University, and maintains certifications in Acquisitions, Logistics, and Contracting from the Federal Acquisition Institute.
Having been raised in an Aleut/Tlingit family, Thadd brings a personal understanding of the culture, values, and traditions that guide Chignik Lagoon Native Corporation and its shareholders; a perspective that will serve him well as he leads MDBE and MDBC forward.
In this role, Thadd will lead day-to-day operations, business development, and contract performance for MDBE and MDBC, working to grow our contracting portfolio while upholding the values of loyalty, integrity, respect, and accountability that guide CLNC and its shareholders.
