Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CLNC will be unable to hold our annual meeting in Chignik Lagoon as usual. In order to keep our shareholders, board members, and staff safe, we’ll be transitioning to a pre-recorded, virtual annual meeting.
This year’s virtual annual meeting will be held on Saturday, September 19. We’ll be updating this page, but here are a few important details:

More information will be provided to shareholders via mail and our website, www.clncalaska.com, in the coming week.
Please send questions for the corporation via the postage-paid, self-addressed envelope that was recently sent to shareholders; via email to amgregorio@clncalaska.com, or via phone to 907-840-2500. We will try to address as many as we can during the meeting. Questions not answered during the annual meeting will be answered in a future newsletter.
CLNC proxies must be received by the Inspectors of Election, Landye Bennett Blumstein LLP, by mail, email, or fax by September 15, 2020 by 5:00 P.M.
